You’ll have to bring your winning ticket, your original IC (Identity Card) or passport, and head directly to the Sports Toto headquarters at Berjaya Times Square in Kuala Lumpur. They will verify the ticket’s security barcode and issue you a cheque. Just remember: sign the back of your ticket immediately, keep it dry, and don’t iron it (yes, people have accidentally melted the thermal paper trying to keep it crisp!).
